Небо над Парижем, 1942 год. Английский бомбардировщик, выполняющий важное задание, подбит немцами. Летчики покидают горящую машину, договариваясь встретиться через некоторое время в турецких банях. Один из них приземляется на крышу дома, где работает парижский маляр Огюстен Буве. Другой падает на крышу Гранд-Опера и прячется вместе с парашютом в апартаментах главного дирижера Станисласа Лефора. А командир экипажа, сэр Реджинальд, «приводняется» в зоопарке - в пруду с тюленями. И, как только англичане попадают в Париж, начинаются совершенно невероятные приключения...
